Sharing of Personal Information:
We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information or mobile opt-in data to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Your information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes you have agreed to. All the categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is not being shared with third parties.
Opting Out of Text Messages:
You have the right to opt out of receiving messages from Best Pro Kiteboarding at any time. To opt-out, you can reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us.

Gear Return Policy
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase from Best Pro Kiteboarding, you can return unused items for a store credit, or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase. Online orders that qualify for store credit will still be charged shipping charges associated with the transaction. Items not returned in original packaging or in original condition will not be accepted as returns, but we are happy to resell for you on consignment.
We do not accept returns on any items that are on sale or discounted. Returns on full retail price items only.
All wingfoiling/foiling equipment we will happily offer to sell on consignment for the customer however we do not accept returns on this equipment. On consignment sales at Best Pro will have a 20% commission rate.
Onewheel Returns:
All sales are final on Onewheels (XR, Pint, Pint X and GT). Unfortunately we do not accept any Onewheel returns and we do not provide refunds of any kind (cash or credit) for Onewheels. Once the Onewheel is purchased and has left the shop it can NOT be returned.
Kiteboarding/Wing Foil Lesson Policy
We teach lessons 7 days a week based on forecasted wind conditions in the St. Petersburg area. Weather is not always consistent, and we need 12mph or above of consistent wind to teach kiteboarding or wingfoiling. We are happy to put you on the schedule far in advance, but will give you a more exact date and time the week before. We do our best at keeping you updated with weather changes and patterns to make the most of your time on the water. For these reasons, we appreciate your understanding and scheduling flexibility.
To schedule a lesson we require a $50 refundable deposit. If we cancel your lesson due to weather-related issues, the deposit will be returned or is transferable to another date.
You may reschedule your lesson at any time 24 hour prior. If the lesson is canceled by the student less than 24 hours before the deposit will not be refunded. If the student does not show the deposit will not be refunded.
Scheduled lessons and lesson packages are non-refundable, as they are treated as gift cards and do not expire.
